Housing Developers/Property Managers
Set-Aside Units

We partner with affordable housing developers to help finance and deliver housing retention services to people living with intellectual and development disabilities in affordable apartments.

Affordable Housing Property Managers trust us to support our clients, ensuring issues are handled in a timely fashion, which enables our clients to live their best, most independent lives possible.

Housing Developers/Property Managers
HUD Section 811 Rent-Up Support

Affordable housing developers are able to apply for HUD Section 811 Units Rent-Up Support through periodic Notices of Funding Availability offered through CA Department of Housing and Community Development. Once approved, the developer may choose to contract with North Bay Regional Center as a tenant-referring organization which then contracts with North Bay Housing Coalition to support individuals moving into funded HUD Section 811 units.

Housing Developers/Property Managers
Lead Service Provider

We contract with North Bay Regional Center to support individuals and families living in affordable apartments with a rich array of services at no cost to affordable housing developers or affordable housing property managers.

As Lead Service Provider we work hand-in-hand with management and service providers to create supportive environments for individuals to thrive.

Lenders, Grantors and Donors

We access both CA Department of Developmental Services funding and local government affordable housing development financing. We assist our clients to obtain Housing Choice Vouchers whenever possible.

Our Legacy Homes program enables us to receive donated homes and own and manage them in perpetuity.

Cities and Counties

We have helped various local governments with their challenging properties. We have purchased and master leased properties that have been in some form of distress. We are a strong non-profit organization with deep ties to the community and a consistent track record of helping solve challenging issues.
